Trinity Place is a permanent shelter established in the spring of 2006 as a partnership between the Task Force and Trinity Lutheran Church. On May 1, 2007, the Church assumed full responsibility for the shelter. Located on 100th and Amsterdam, the shelter supplies youth with a bed, a safe space to store belongings, emergency medical treatment, meals, linens, and transportation. Currently, the shelter is operating at the maximum capacity allowed by law: six permanent beds, and four emergency beds.

In Nov 2007 the Task Force initiated and set up the first shelter for gay youth in Harlem-Sylvia's Sugar Hill-at the Episcopalian church, Church of the Intercession, at 155th Street and Broadway. The shelter is run by Kate Barnhart, Director of MCC Homeless Youth program.
